	John E. Hoskinson, CPMR, CFSP - Owner/President Cincinnati, Ohio and Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania offices Territory Responsibility: Strategic Accounts in Ohio and Western Pennsylvania John's professional background includes over 30 years of well-rounded experience in the foodservice industry. In 1998, after eight years of dedicated service and tremendous growth of his sales territory, John became sole owner and president of E. Ruff & Associates, and has been the driving force in bringing E. Ruff & Associates to new heights and accomplishment. In addition to directing E. Ruff & Associates, John is highly engaged in the growth and success of agency representation of foodservice manufacturers as a whole. Having served in various capacities with MAFSI during the past ten years, John was recently elected as its national president and is diligently engaged in continuing to enhance the value of agency representation and manufacturer relationship.
	Paul Hibbitt, CPMR, CFSP - Sales Manager Indianapolis, Indiana office Territory Responsibility: Indiana (except Evansville), Southern Ohio Paul is a graduate of Indiana University with a degree in marketing. He brings extensive knowledge of the food service industry to our sales team. Prior to joining E. Ruff & Associates, Paul was managing partner of Impact/HOSB. His wealth of experience brings a strong presence to our team and is a tremendous asset to our continued growth and success.
	Jeff Gross, CFSP - Sales Representative Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania office Territory Responsibility: Western Pennsylvania, West Virginia and Northeast Ohio Jeff's extensive background in the foodservice industry includes a Hotel and Restaurant Management degree from Mercyhurst College. Prior to joining the E. Ruff team, Jeff worked for a Foodservice dealer where he successfully built end-user sales in western Pennsylvania. Jeff's knowledge and dedication to the industry provide the basis for his on-going success in his territory. Jeff is CFSP and ServSafe certified.
	Rob O'Connell, CFSP - Sales Representative Louisville, Kentucky office Territory Responsibility: Kentucky and Southern Indiana, including Evansville. Rob has a strong background in the foodservice industry. His experience includes project management for Hospitality environments from design to implementation. At the dealer level, Rob gained significant knowledge of this industry and excelled in his sales endeavors. Since joining E. Ruff, Rob has established himself as a knowledgeable industry player and strengthened the relationships with our customer base. Rob is CFSP certified.
	Tim Mulvey, CFSP - Sales Representative Columbus, Ohio office Territory Responsibility: Central and Northern Ohio. Tim brings with him over fifteen years of professional experience in the foodservice industry, including operational knowledge of casual theme and fine dining restaurants. Tim served as restaurant manager and executive chef for over eight years, and, before joining our sales team, was highly successful in business to business sales, calling on national accounts. Tim has earned the respect of his dealers through his hard work, his dedication to his customers and his industry knowledge. Tim is CFSP certified.
	Joe Strathman, CFSP - Sales Representative Findlay, Ohio office Territory Responsibility: Northwest Ohio, Akron/Canton, Michigan Joe brings a wealth of experience to our company. His extensive knowledge of the foodservice industry has enabled him to build strong relationships with all industry channels. Prior to joining E. Ruff & Associates, Joe was sales manager for one of the nation's largest dealers of foodservice equipment. More recently, Joe was owner and principal of his own rep agency. Joe's experience is a tremendous asset to our sales team and our company. Joe is CFSP certified.
	Sharon Stephan, CFSP - Customer Service Manager Sharon has been associated with the foodservice industry for over 20 years. She has done an outstanding job heading our quote department and our customer service. Sharon is a critical team member and is highly respected by our customers for her knowledge and service.
	Jodi Kirby - Customer Service Representative With a degree in administrative support technology, Jodi is an important team player in our office operation. She is highly regarded by our sales team and our customers for her diligent work and support. Jodi is involved in day to day customer service and back-up in our quote department.
	Janet Mulvey - Office Manager Janet has an extensive background in marketing and administrative management. She has overall responsibility for the inside support operation and staff, select marketing functions and support of strategic customer accounts. Janet is highly dedicated to our customers and our manufacturers.
